I had NEVER heard of Jim Morrison but heard the DOORS sing on radio when still at school..
Years later I had a sudden urge to see if I could buy Light My Fire and Hello I Love You..
After being told the Doors singer had died some time back I left the record store immediately after I’d been informed an order would require to be placed for old music which was not currently in the charts..I said thanks and that I’d try elsewhere and get back to them…That very same day I entered W.H. Smith‘s and once I was second in the queue the Doors song ‘Hello I Love You’ came into my head..within a couple of seconds this very song came blaring out through the speakers..I asked the assistant who had played this and she replied ..’I just had a sudden urge to play this after a customer decided they did not wish to take it even though it had been specially ordered in ..I excitedly had now acquired the said songs which I’d been urged to find…Before I left the store I purchased an NME(New Musical Express) Music periodical…
I wondered if there may be something written about the Doors singer’s passing from Planet Earth as I had loved his voice as well as Ray’s haunting organ ..in fact the ‘whole’ sound when I was a bit younger.. inside the NME I noticed an article about the Doors which depicted a young Jim Morrison ..I cut it out and put it up on my wall wondering???? Now why after all these years did I suddenly have to find their music? I still don’t know the answer to this one..only a ‘Higher Intelligence’ knows ALL..and connects ALL for reasons only beknown to this intelligence at that particular moment in time…
Just as I turned away from the photo a silvery streak of light materialised from under his eye..I can’t remember which one now but I feel it was left as you look at a face..I was gobsmacked but did not feel afraid…
Result
A few years later my left eye felt strange and my vision became distorted with zig-zag shapes all to the left..a silvery-blue light highlighted a golden light and my vision was somewhat distorted in my left eye…this came back slowly after about an hour or so…
This experience with my eyes continued until last year and the prognosis offers various reasons…migraine, Thyroid problems etc…
I am pleased to say that this year my vision-field has been CLEAR even though I now have a chronic eye disease and failing eyesight as well as no saliva gland working in my eyes..not a great remedy for writing a short eBook about ALL the dreams my friends and I had which led us to people Jim had personal connections with or Bands whose music was inspired by Jim..one wonders why? Only Time Will Tell..
Years later during my research on the Doors/Jim Morrison I saw a face of a young Jim on a video clip where a silvery light emanated from beneath one of his eyes…I don’t know why this artwork was in the video and of course The Doors would have been out of my league to ‘ask’ what the purpose of this clip in the video meant…perhaps they don’t even know…it may have been Jim’s idea…
Anyway to conclude this sci-fi-like true story.. ‘something’ or ‘someone’ knew I was going to see this silvery light on the Doors Video/My Eye as I was inspired to buy the music, buy the NME and then research!
That same silver light was seen by two of us coming from AMERICAN PRAYER which I was guided to find by a dream(last Blog)..when talking about a song The Silver Light..hence my tribute to Jim…THE SILVER LIGHT…Video on Favourites on myspace…words are important like they were to Jim..
This story is just ’one of many’ Prophetic Warnings(Dream/Vision) which meant something concerning my eyes,..strange but TRUE!
He is not here to speak for himself today as Ray Manzarek of The Doors says in his short video clip but I sense a PEACEFUL CHRIST-LIKE, BUDDA LIKE Jim is around THE UNIVERSE somewhere (dead or alive as the song says) helping others…..some have came on here…the few people I know who have had the Dreams/Visions of him of he and I are all level-headed and younger mostly so have nothing to gain by saying he is at PEACE..
Next time I will be writing about Moon Base Alpha and why I dedicated this to Jim too..thanks for stopping by..
